MovieEditor.com is an entertainment and technology company based in Beverly Hills. Founded in 1999 by Robin Rowe and Gabrielle Pantera, our focus is upbeat commercial projects.

Robin Rowe is a writer and a technologist. He writes as a film and technology expert for many magazines such as Linux Journal and the Motion Picture Editors Guild Magazine. He's the film critic for the newspaper British Weekly. He's chaired the MovieEditor Conference twice and speaks as a motion picture technology at conferences in the U.S. and abroad. He's the project leader of CinePaint, open source software used on the Harry Potter movies and many other films. He co-hosts events at ScreenplayLab. He's worked as an R&D technologist at DreamWorks Animation, chief technologist at Fortune 500 defense company SAIC, and as a navy research scientist. He's taught computer science at the Naval Postgraduate School and the University of Washington. He helped build the robotic studios at NBC WMAQ-TV Chicago and was a techical director of broadcast news at mid-market NBC-TV station WICD. He was dance cinematographer at the top North American dance festival, Jacob's Pillow.

Gabrielle Pantera works at Irish DreamTime, which has a deal with MGM. She's the casting director for RisingCast. She's the book critic for the newspaper British Weekly. She was book critic for four years for the magazine Romantic Times. She was an entertainment reporter for the newspaper San Diego Marquee. She co-hosts events at ScreenplayLab.
